Happy Birthday Hats
These are our one-of-a-kind chenille or minky birthday party hats for your special little one's big day! You have a choice of pink, white, yellow or blue chenille and a choice of marabou or ric rac trim. They come with the elastic band for under the chin as well as sheer ribbon on each each side to tie into a bow. We also add either additional marabou or a pom pom on top of the hats for that extra touch. These are oh! so sweet!!
